Bick i-Building

Project Info:

H+B was the architect and sustainable design consultant for the transformation of this 50,000 SF former printing facility into and intelligent “i-building” for the Bick Group’s corporate headquarters. The interior was entirely remodeled into 26,000 SF of office space and 24,000 SF of warehouse. Major features of this green building include extensive daylighting and views to the outside and design for healthy air quality, energy savings, comfort, adaptability and flexibility all with effective and affordable life-cycle costs. The owner achieved the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED Gold Award. The building was re-occupied as of July 2006.
