H+B provided sustainable design consulting on Greenspun Media Group’s office that occupies 60,000 SF of the LEED-CS Gold CCVI building and is the first LEED-Commercial Interiors building certified in Nevada. The green strategies emphasize indoor air quality and utilized materials with very low levels of chemical emissions. The space layout is very open with low partitions and allows views to the outside for most occupants. Over 75% of the construction waste was diverted from the landfill and GMG receives 50% of its electricity from green power sources.
