H+B designed several variations of a micro-housing prototype with units ranging in size from 350 to 450 square feet appealling to the millennium generation. The units take advantage of adjacent narrow plats and maximize density. Parking is provided below which provides a podium for the units above. The designs include a high-performance building envelope as well as high-efficiency HVAC system and appliances. Durable, low-maintenance materials will compliment the "fit-like-a-glove" layouts. The pilot location will be in St. Louis, MO.
